Gentlemen, thanks for your help in the past. I've recently rebuilt the engine on my H2A and on initial start-up I get almost a buzzing sound from the right side of the engine that goes away at 2000 rpm. May have to pull the right side engine cover but was wondering, with all the years of experience here, if anyone else has had this issue. Thanks.

Last fiber tab ears in clutch pack rubbing against inside the cover?

Does the sound modulate with RPM increase?

Thanks for the response. It doesn't sound metallic so I think the clutch plate ears might be a logical starting point for my trouble shooting. thanks for your insight.
