:shock: False alarm... appointment cancelled due to huge lack of trauma surgeons . don't know when I can get back there ... Dangit !!!

Sorry, Sammy. The last surgery I had was for a hernia. It was just as the COVID problem was getting started, and they kept moving the date sooner and sooner as they canceled elective surgeries. When I got there, I was the only surgery left that morning, and all the staff from the canceled ones came to mine. There was quite a crowd of doctors and nurses around me. :lol:

I finally got to stand with my walker for the first time , feels like I weigh 600 pounds , I'm getting there . maybe PT will have me trying steps in a few days . Thanks for your prayers , support and good wishes , it's working :wave:

I am almost at the end of the PT for my repl acement let hip surgery. I am fairly active for being 74 years ancient.

That said, I listened to the surgeon on the rehab PT, a whole lot of stuff I never did before.

I am glad I did exactly what he said, I am better than I have been in the last 20 years.

Now, go get it done, it is worth it all.

I walked 20ft with my walker today ... 20 grueling , exhausting feet . I felt like I conquered Mt Everest LOL ... Getting there , y'all :|
