Ok, yes I started another oil thread but not asking "What is the best oil"?!

What 2 stroke oil do you use and where do you get it?

The Kawasaki dealer is 29 miles away and I never go there, just prefer to get it at local auto store or Amazon.

What is the NMMA, ISO Global, JASO or API identification I should look for? Not really a "SYNTHETIC GUY", my bikes get spirited riding but not raced or abused [shift at 8K rpm or below!]

Took the H1 for a ride yesterday, the oil tank was low, only oil on the shelf was [GASP] marine oil!

I said WTF, put a half quart in and had a great ride!!

I use generic TC-W3 oil, and usually get a gallon a Walmart. If they don't have it I can usually find it somewhere locally, or if necessary get a gallon off the Internet.

Some will be horrified because it's not for air cooled engines, etc., but with all the miles I've put on my H2 since I got it 43 years ago, I'm pretty convinced this oil is fine. :)

MrAxl's FAQ page should help: http://kawatriple.com/faq.htm#best_two- ... oil_to_use

It's not important that you go to Walmart. The point was that it's generic TC-W3. It probably all comes out of the same tank car anyway.

Maxima Super M Injector, specifically for oil injection. What difference is it to non injector oil? No idea.

injector oil is essentially 30wt oil and non injector 40w and above. important thing to note is premix only oil won't flow well in an injector system in cold temps where injector oil will :)

Most important that the oil you use is blended for oil injection systems. Premix oils don't flow through the lines as well.
