I posted this memory that popped up on FB to the Deals Gap 2 Stroke Meet FB page, but for those of you not on FB, I’ll post here. It was 7 years ago that Danger Dave’s ashes were spread at the overlook.

Strange I was thinking of Danger Dave just a few days ago I never met him just remember he wore full leathers on the streets. Not forgotten must’ve been a cool guy. RIP

He was a skilled, great rider, and a very nice guy. Many don’t know it, but he set many state speed records on a bicycle in Florida in his past years. Every time I walk by that wall phone at Deals Gap Motorcycle Resort, I think of him as he always checked in with his better half nightly. He is missed...
