Does anyone happen to know the ID of early H1 frame tubing?
(I'm at work trying to design a plug)

Yipes! I didn't know there were different diameters. It would be the inside diameter of the rear tail where the grab bar (or a tail loop) would go.

That appears the same dimensions as a late model frame tube (I measured approx. 23.44mm/.923" with my KH500 frame).

I also recently located these plastic plugs from good old Amazon that fit perfectly.
