Well, a white H1 can be the worst ................. and the Best!!! I think that Gold-Wing and B.M.W. "drivers" just would not understand!! (no offence intended!)

If H2 is the King and 69-71 the King was H1, how the bike which started all this and still attracts people all over the world could possible be one of the worst?
Ok front brake :shh: but journalists know nothing !!

I guess I will have to dump the H1 and buy a CB450 Honda, I am sure they consider it a good bike. hmmmm.

The early H1 was a more or less a one deminsional bike: compared to say a CB750 of the time, or even the CB 450. The H1 was a straight line point & shoot hot-rod. It wasn't a tourer or a comfortable commuter, it smoked and smelled, it vibrated, it's power came on aburptly, poor brakes and questionable handling., etc.

But one of the ten worst.....I don't think so. Depends on the parameters they may have been comparing it too.

And look at who's doing the writing, Cycle World. They themselves were one deminsional. Saying the road to touring went through the GW is just moronic. There were plenty of great touring bikes.

The only thing a CB450 and a H1 have in common is they both have two wheels.............!
