Tie wrap another tube alongside the pickup tube that just sticks up abouve the level of the abrasive-it gets air down at the pickup point and makes a big difference.

So you're saying to run another tube along side the feeder tube to let air get down into the media?
I have had that same cabinet for a few years and my biggest complaint is that the media has to be shaken down now and then by smacking the sides of the trough or shaking the cabinet.
This will help that problem?

It will-it improves the pickup in general, but there does have to be some media down there. You can just point the gun and shoot air down the sloped sides to get the media back into the bottom. More media helps, too.

And hey it IS a 2-stroke! First one lasted 5 abusive summers so I bought a new exact same powerhead. All my attachments are holding up. Pretty impressive for 26cc. Must be some serious noise ordinances cause the new ones is a LOT quieter than the old one (even when it was new it was very loud). This thing barely burps. Seems to be a wee bit less power too. Probably as a result of the exhaust which I may swap out

Steve, you could probably get a pipe off a goped or one of the 1/5 scale rc cars.

LOL Laurie just sent me a new tach gear but I installed it before picture (john was going to send me one but he's too busy farting around on FB and KTS).

Jim, peak HP won't change - I do need more torque and mid-range for pulling my trailer and riding two-up. Trailer @ 600lbs and two riders at 400lbs - thats 1000lbs payload not counting bike weight - if you know what I mean...
