My take was it ensured that light beams on the dragstrip didn't just pass through the wheel there by not tripping the light. Your ET will be better if the front wheel trips the light vs the rear.

Brought this home yesterday. From the same guy I got the Denco drag bike from.
also came with the motor and new pistons.

dont know why I bought it, not really into Suzuki's.

went down there to pick up some more H stuff and he talked me in to taking it home.

its a 71 T125r stinger dressed up like a cafe racer. cam with some original parts.

it is pretty neat, If I dont sell it it may end up on display in my living room!

Yeah I thought it was pretty cool, Im a real sucker for cool stuff. I promised my self I would stick to the Kawasaki H stuff.
I am running out of space and really didn't need another project!

The parts for this thig were scattered all around a very packed storage unit. I am sure there is a lot of hardware missing. he still owes me 1 NOS
cylinder. My buddy got a real smokin deal on a 92 Rm 250 from the guy also.

the reason for going back down was to get a side winder h2 pipe that we couldnt find when we went down to pick up the drag bike.

I also snagged a set of Denco H1 stinger pipes in fair condition.

The tank looks odd (not normal stinger) but it's super cool and looks in pretty good shape!

Yeah, I dont know what that tank is off of. I will have to give the guy a call to find out. I did get the original tank.
the inside is actually not bad but the outside is faded and a little rust.

the ferring is of of a Suzuki twin 250 2 stroke, cant remember the model. he had it mounted on the stinger.

also got a set of CERIANI forks with the clamps. I dont know what is on the bike now.
