That's probably why I don't see the Veypor (made by Nonlinear Engineering) for sale anymore.

This came fast! Looks to be a pretty cool unit. Accelerometer, 1/4 mile and such. Now actual on the road comparisons for me!

Let me know how well it works please.

Did some testing, and I like it! I verified the speedo accuracy with GPS and radar. It is larger than my old BC 800, so a lot easier to read, and does have a green backlight you can turn off and on. Haven't had a chance to test that. It was a bit fiddly to figure out, but makes sense once you mess about a bit. I didn't test the deceleration rate, but doodled with the 0 to whatever, mid speed acceleration, and 1/4 mile.

Well, the backlight is not really usable. it only works when you press a button and is only on for 3 seconds. Not a biggie for me, as i don't ride at night.

Latest project taking time away from the Triple and the other Kawasaki's is a 1967 Triumph GT6

Cool. I thought it looked like a Spitfire and looked it up. A 6 cylinder, non-convertible version of the Spitfire. I used to see a lot of Triumphs around, but not any more.
