Thanks Buddy and all of you with prayers and well wishes.
3 of us from that ride are heading up to Utica tommorrow to see Mike and he is being released Thursday so he can go to Syracuse to be with Tina.
She on the other hand has a long road to recovery, if she does.
3 broken vertibrae, still debating if they will take her left leg and they have done several surgeries on it already.
Ribs punctured her lungs and just too much carnage to mention really.
We are planning to head up and see her on Saturday if all goes well.
It really sucks man. Two great people. You could not meet any nicer than them.

Thanks again gang. I will pass along your thoughts to Mike tommorrow.

Steve

Wow :( sad big time, your friends are in my thoughts hoping for a full recovery.

I saw a similar wreck my two friends (25 years ago) two up KZ650 at high speed I was right behind them they drifted wide on a turn hit the gravel and in an instant they were in the air like rag dolls both survived with major road rash scares.

Steve, I saw on your anniversary jacket thread that you visited someone in the hospital. Any news?

Went to visit Mike a couple of times. He is better and walking with crutches.
He was up and sitting in a wheelchair last time.
I explained to him what I witnessed and it seemed to help him understand better what happened.
Tina on the other hand has had several operations on her left leg. They are fairly sure they will be able to save it.
Put some drainage in her for the bleeding lung. She is still on a respirator and holding on.
Hoping some day she will be able to walk and not be parylized.
We may be allowed to visit her later next week.
She is heavily sedated and almost in an induced coma to help her body heal.
All your guys prayers and good wishes must be helping.
Thanks again....

Just read the post Dad. Very Sad to read this here. Its like the pain of reading what happened. I can't imagine what they must be going thru. Sounds like things are better than when first posted which is great news. I will be keeping them in my prayers and thoughts as I wish for a fast recovery. Your Son Iron.

I am terribly concerned about Tina's injuries. Glad Mike is up and around. Please keep us informed of her progress.
