Hi guys and gals- Anyone can point me in the right direction to get a "all in one kit" to include all engine gaskets, seals, carb rebuild parts? Does such a kit exist or do I have to get everything separately? 1972 h1b. Thanks in advance. ![]() |

Gaskets and seal kits are usually separate. No carb kits out there are worth a crap, and are also separate. there are a couple of places you can get the gasket and seal kits midatlanticcycle.com, Jessbikes.com, Diablocycle.com are all top suppliers. |

If you are using the seals from the kit for the inner crank seals, I suggest making sure they are the K&S brand. This is the brand Sudco supplies. Good seals. ![]() |

no kits come with the small check valve gaskets at the bottom of the 74/75 engines. |

Mainly that the jets are not the same size (flow) as the stock ones. Some guys buy the kits to use the bowl gaskets and float valves and throw the rest away. It's rare when you can't carefully clean the original jets with some carb cleaner or lacquer thinner and copper wire. If you do need new jets, you can get genuine ones from a Sudco dealer. Mid Atlantic Cycle has been my source. The needles and needle jets are the exception. I'm not aware of stock replacements being available. Ivan's carb kits are reported to work well, and fix some things about stock jetting. His kits have a lot of parts, including proprietary needles and jets, so they're not cheap. |

I'll have to dig out my carbs and look at what the stockers are...is it worthwhile looking into making these? I've had some success with other bikes making needles before...of course those were honda four strokes ![]() |

Is there some reason you think you need new needles and needle jets? |
