My H1D has M24x1.0

I would not think the H2 was different

I believe you are correct and all H series will switch between tanks.
Not the early H1 though.
Not sure what they used??? May also be the same size thread.
Makes sense and smaller triples may even be the same. :roll:

Can't provide thread but all H series are the same... 24mm
S series is smaller.... 22mm I believe
