1. how many friction plates in an s3 clutch...6 or7, my parts manuals says 7, 2 repair manuals say 6 ????
2. who sells new s3 clutch springs ??????

7 in S3/A... hence, if you have manuals that say otherwise pitch them.

Nice , thanks...turns out i had a s2 inner clutch hub in my s3, thats why 7 wouldnt fit & with 6 it was slipping !!!!!!
