I saw that too. At least one of those frames has been braced, and the welds look very nice and clean, but also the back ends have had some mods and cuts to them too. It'd kind of like bidding on a storage locker because although you are able to see many of the parts, unless you can view them up close and/or in your hands, you really won't know exactly what you're getting...but at the same time, it could be kind of fun as long as you don't end up paying a big chunk.
