Everybody there had tire/traction issues, lots of slipping and sliding problems. Michelin just keeps dropping the ball with compounds for the more sensitive tracks.

This just in from the Ducati Comedy Show....

"Test Rider Moaner To Ride Ducati GP17 at Barcelona, Misano"

Just how desperate can Gigi get?

Bridgestone, NO, they were worse than the Michelin's are. Only tyres worse than the Bridgestone's were the Pirelli's that were mandated for WSBK a few years ago, deadly deal, there.

Dunlop, please.

I watched the race Monday night our time, I thought it was a very good race, good to see Pedrosa up the front, if only he could do that all the time, and not just in Spain, Marquez showed some maturity I think, not going for the win at any cost, my pick for the best ride though goes to Johann Zarco, he's someone to look at for the future, and finally Lorenzo rode well on the Ducati, although being in Spain may have had something to do with that.

Still all in all a good race to watch.

Dani is good troops, steady, nice if he would win more. Zarco, Vinales, also on the rise, without Lorenzo's attitude issues. Folger, he has his good days, steady. Biggest problem with Ducati is both Gigi Dall'Inga, and Ducati's parent company.

Dani is smooth and consistent, (and lighter than everyone else!). He doesn't really have the killer instinct in the heat of battle, like some of the others, but you could never discount him. He is always going to be around the place, and he has a few wins in him yet!
