Worst race track accident I ever saw in person was a guy on a 883, came around a turn and the bike looked just like that one in the picture, then it started wobbling so bad it slammed the rider to the pavement a couple times before it spit him off the in the opposite direction ….it was spectacular and super ugly all at the same time

They announced he was fine a couple races latter but I found it hard to believe…….

Most of the fast Harley 883 look like that coming out of the turns, they look like there twisting apart, those guys where fearless, had to be if they wanted to win.

I can't actually remember Harley winning anything in Road-Racing........? Plenty of brave guys on the dirt tacks! Did Cal Rayborn, Dave Aldana, those guys win anything on the road courses...?

You don't live in Wisconsin!!
Im not sure about other places but we have or had ( I dont follow anymore) dedicated road races for 883's, very neat because it was all private, if I remember correctly , let a lot of guys get on the track and race here.
The AMA super bike stuff was different than the 883 class. Harley never won much, they did try. Those bikes did not flex like the 883's
