I had a JL pipe in my hands last night, I wish I had more time to measure it properly tho!
Anyway, they looked visually how Jorgen described the Jolly's to me, pretty much a straight cone up to the 50mm long belly that was about 105mm dia. on the OD. I'm a bit puzzled by the header though, it doesn't taper down to have a smooth transition from pipe to the port. Nicely welded and braced though.

How do you think they compare to your WTF 750 pipes :?:

We will find out soon enough. I'm making a set of H2 pipes this spring for a friend in the same riding group. Both have FBG "150" motors but 1 is reed converted. There will be plenty of head to head testing going on.

These going to be the old style or the new Fat pipes you were thinking about?

The Lomas "race" pipes I saw on an H2 recently had a 110mm belly, or near as dammit. The brackets were , in my view, too small for long life. I felt the load needed to be spread a little more. Welding was ace. They made good power indeed, especially above 6000rpm.

I'm guessing different pipes then Nev, I know my calliper is pretty reliable. Here's a pic of them...

Belly OD is same as Jollymoto, at least the JL set I measured.

What carbs are they running With the FBG engines Andrew?

38 or 40 Lectron's on the piston port and 38 TMX's on the Reeded motor.
He bought these pipes a few years back so maybe they are fatter now?

I don't know what brand caliper you have, mine was 109mm one way and 112mm 90 degrees from the first test. I thought to myself oh,110 belly. The pipes are in a pic Rod put up. I'm sure you can measure just like me. Pipes must differ.
