Hello Fabreezal, it's good to meet you.

There's a sticky topic near the top of the main board index page that explains how to post pictures.

Ok, Here is my h1b, real barn find. I got it, put some fresh oil in it, put oil down the cylinders, fresh set of plugs and points, cleaned carbs, some power and she fired up after a bunch of kicks. The rest of the bike leaves a bit to be desired. I would like to build a hybrid I think. what do you guys think?

BTW is there any other way to post pics/vids other than photo bucket? IMHO, it sucks.

Make it a runner and ride it!

Any photo hosting site should work fine.

I like Barry's idea about what to do with it. :D

Thanks for the reply guys!
There are so many parts missing to make it a runner, if I'm gonna spend the money needed to do so, I would rather build a cafe/hybrid with the money. Not to mention trying to find the parts on a 44yo bike. If I remember correctly, the geometry of the original chassi design was not very stable as well. About 30+ years ago I used to have a 79 Daytona speacial, worked to the max back in NYC, dg heads, bissani pipes, etc... Parked it right in front of my building at the time at about 9pm, woke up the next morning at 7am and it was gone....... never to be found. Loved that bike (smokers in general), happened on this bike and I jumped at the chance to get it. In a perfect world I would own this bike, an h2 750, rzv 500, rg500, nsr 250, and just about any other smoker we were not allowed to have here in the states. In any case, this is what I have to work with for now, should I mod the stock chassi and add upgraded parts or just mod a more modern chassi to fit the engine? What do you think?

Thanks in advance.

Nothing wrong with making it a custom. The important thing to me would be to get it into decent mechanical condition and enjoy it.

What would be your opinion as to modding the existing frame or modding a more modern frame to fit engine? If it's the ladder, what are frames that you know of that have been used? My total intent is to, at the least put this engine back on the road.
