Can you recommend a good supplier of piston circlips for KH400? I checked with Jess, he sells H1/H2 circlips and he says they are not compatible with the KH400. Looked on e-bay but the information varies and I don't want to take a chance with the wrong parts.

Part #92036-005.

I tried partzilla and shipping costs more than a set of 6 circlips.

92036-005...They are all over ebay....take your pick. I just scored a lot of six, 2 weeks ago for $20.

whats the pin diameter? 14mm? i usually use std wiseco ones, they sell them in every size. and yes they work in oem and aftermarket pistons. any shop can get them, usually. but steves offer is pretty outstanding.

Is that okay? Maybe a naive question however I don't want to get the wrong circlips.

I measured the piston pins, 15mm diameter. Safe to find another bike with the same diameter piston pins and order circlips, as Mark states?

Kaw software lists the -013 for about all the triple models Mike.
The -004 ones look the same to me and also stated to be correct for H1 H2 as are the -013 ones.
maybe a upgrade in material or something, who knows???
I used the -004 clips in my H1 and my KH400 motors.
Worked just fine at a fraction of the cost.
