I reckon a guy called Matt Park (?) used to run his to 11k a lot. Bill B knows him. When I was younger and fractionally less silly I used to run my roadracer to 10500 all the time. Not with stock pistons. With forged wiseco's, but it used to wear out at the speed of heat.

As far as the seller saying he runs it to 11,500 rpm, it's entirely possible the tach really says he does.

You right jim but when my tacho goes 11.500 rpm I don't believe it same for my speedo at 240 kph :D

Probably relaxed the H2 front hub on an 18" rim as well to get that top speed! Lol

Yes, it was probably a very relaxed hub. :P But I imagine he had something like a Grom wheel on it when he saw that speed.
