Finally H1E engine going back in the frame :D , question my front motor mounts have serrations on one side and smooth on the other , I assumed they were worn so I bought two other used sets of mounts and they too have serrations on one side and smooth on the other, question is are they all worn out, or is one side smooth the way Kawasaki made the front mounts?

Do you mean that instead of a circular serrated "plug", it has one flat side? So...D-shaped?

There are some good pictures in this thread: http://kawasakitriples.myfastforum.org/ ... -asc-0.php

I think you have worn out ones, as I remember they are all serrated. One thing, was the rubber is really susceptible to oil and gas and on the low side of the motor the rubbers were usually gooey and flat.

Ralf in Germany will sell you just the rubbers.
