I'd be curious to find out how many of us bought a new H2 in '72, can't be many of us. I also bought a new H1 in '70, but that doesn't count because it wasn't a white '69!! Welcome aboard, Dust-it

young bloke :!: bike driving licence on 1972: 16 years old could drive any bike any cc
but hadn't the money to buy a new H2 at this time just a Yamaha 125cc AS3 Europa ;)
On early may 1975 went to my Kawasaki dealership to buy a brand new H2B.
my 69 H1 has been stoolen and waiting the money from the insurance to order the H2, have already some cash but not enought to pay the H2. Then my father said me he could give me the cash I will give him back when I will get the money of the insurance: great idea hadn't ask him before
So early may excepted there were no more new Kawasaki 750 triple in France. Gave a call to all Kawasaki dealership in France and the last ones had been sold at the end of april 1975 :(
French Kawasaki had ordered only 50 H2B so.. phoned to french Kawasaki about the H2C but they said me they'dn't ordered them.
Bought a used F9 Big horn 1972 and a few months later bought a used H2A (first registred on 1974 one year before) with 9.000 real kilometers, double discs, clip ons, Tomaselli ear lights and all the genuine parts, bar and ear lights

In 1968 I was 18, first bike Suzuki 500.....in 1970, at 20, red H1, started racing......in 1972, at 22, the fabulous H2, I sat on it while it won races for me! A good friend of mine was working at the Kawasaki dealership in 1970, and is still there today, I have always been a Kawasaki man! Good times!

Nah, mine's too long and involved, with way too many people and places to list here. Mostly uninteresting for the most part. I've been riding since age 3, mechanic helper to my dad since age 8, whom passed away when I was 12. Found out after he passed, he raced 3 Indy 500 races in the late '20's, early 30's. Very interesting person, my dad was.

Nah, no surprises, just all tuckered out from still trying to figure it all out. It's called "getting old".
