Not racing the same bike as last few years, this is the bike we ran in the 9.50 class: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnc__GVBgw8

This is our new bike that was built to run in the 8.20 class: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5_WM3ftITU

The topgas bike will be a bit more labor intensive...ha

Yes, I will be racing the ZX14 on Saturday. I've gotten too fat to race an H2.

Bill and I will up in Noble late afternoon after attending a TWT Pie run in Thurber on Saturday the 24th.

Will probably be riding my new Super Tenere to Noble.

Where are you racing the following weekend when Leo is here?

Not sure yet, but I may now be in East Texas when Leo is in town:

and then at the Guzzi Rally in Lindale on the way home Sunday.

28th Annual Guzzi Riders in Texas (GRIT)

One-day FREE event for Guzzi riders and their guests at Faulkner Park in Lindale, Texas begins Sunday morning, at 8:00 A.M. with coffee, tea, dessert breads and other treats. Enjoy a scenic “Armadillo Run” through East Texas or do some tire kickin' & bench ridin' with friends. There will be Awards, a 50/50 drawing & door prizes. Spaghetti lunch is included!

Have you heard from Bill lately?

He was supposed to be at the PMRA race last Saturday night in Noble. There were a bunch of people expecting to see his new drag bike.

As my Buddy John I once said "Bill is not good at multi-tasking" but we still had a good time. A trip to the dyno, beer, ribs, some motoGP on the big screen, trip to the Motorplex, a tour of the rural areas to show Leo you can buy a lot more home here than in Holland (he almost got arrested for taking photos of an old ladies house) and then we kicked his skinny butt out.

Nice weekend, thanks for dropping by Leo and it was good meeting Mark Stephens, next time budget more time, we are always running late around here...ha

Thoroughly enjoyed spending the weekend in Dallas.
Looking how Bill was wrenching on the worlds fastest triple, even if it did not show it on the dyno that day. ( :P
The noise was horrendous though. What loud pulses come out of those pipes.
It was good exchanging thoughts about technical issues as well as about more worldly issues.
On our way to the dragstrip I was most surprised to see nice curvy roads with trees left and right can be found in Texas. And the occasional creek with water flowing through it.
At Texas Motorplex, with Bill by my side, we could walk inbetween dragsters all the way upto the starting line. Normal people would be sent away when they tried this. 8-)
It was good for some real close pictures and a good sniff of nitro.

Good to meet you too Mark! SO new to triples, and already learnt that the S3 is actualy the best triple! Great find on that S3 engine!

Thanks for having me and take the time to show me around Bill!
Oh, that 40 min of sunbathing at the pool left me with some serious sunburn. Didn't expect the sun to be that mean in october in Texas!
