From what I read on the resource page( http://kawtriple.com/mraxl/tips/sprocke ... etconv.htm ), it looks like the front sprocket for the conversion is from a RZ350. Could someone confirm this? Also does anyone know what brand of front sprocket has the lightening holes in them. I think I am going to run a modified cover where you will see the front sprocket and would like to see one with the holes vs. the soild one that is pictured on the resource page. Thanks.

Were the washers part of the sprocket for the husky, or was it a flat sprocket and they were included? Does it have the holes in it, or is it of the solid design?

This may help you for the rear:

PBI actually manufactures the front sprockets too (they supply other sprocket vendors who only make rear sprockets)

I believe the part number for the front was #754. It is solid with two 6mm threaded holes and a built in spacer of about .080in?. I installed a drilled cap screw in one of the holes and drilled a corner of the nut and applied lockwire (as well as loctite). I also ended up having to shim the rear sprocket somewhat for alignment (S hub used on H1).

Keep us posted if you find a drilled (with lightening holes) front.

Edit, Proper pn for front sprocket confirmed.

Thanks looney, I had the order form up for the rear sprocket tonight from pbi, but it didn't look like a secure site for where you checkout so I will give them a call tommorow. Once I get the front I am going to see what is going on with shimming the rear, if its not too bad, I will take your advice and just offset the rim when I true it instead of dealing with a shim.

Still need to find what brand makes on that will fit and has the lightening holes in it. It should look like this sprocket, I already asked them to send a pic of the exact sprocket the listing is for, but I'll see if I get one. It seems like most sellers any more can't be bothered to send a couple more pics  http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_W0QQcmd ... MEWAXQ3aIT

When you talk to PBI ask about a front sprocket with lightening holes. I have confirmed I used a #754 so this is the correct spline.

That sprocket is not for a RZ350, the RZ350 sprocket does not have the lightening holes.

Here is the JT website, the catalogue shows the sprockets. http://www.jtsprockets.com/48.0.html

Thanks kawracer, I figured as much. I didn't even get a reply from the seller, let alone a picture.
