As I understand it, it does work well, but mainly for efficiency, not high power output.

thats right Rod thats what happened to my mates one we were only 15 and he reved it a bit to hard and it started knocking , I can remember three kids on it at a time and pulled like a train down low ,I wouldnt have thought that it wouldnt go over 3th revs, I think it had lines on speedo for gear changes , lots of memories , wish we had all those bikes we bought for nothing back then :cry: :cry:

thanks for the pics Steve. Id def has a low end torque, you dont have to rev it high at all, just throttle out of it and shift.

GPS guided.. :lol: Ric, 445 m2/4789 ft2 cost € 17.000/$ 22.000 so it makes $ 4,60/ft2 - including some ground work, not much. Gravel was there already. How much you have to pay over there? This is how the yard looks like now:
