My SV days......don't know if the yellow wing was the same guy but strongly suspect it was. I had a hard time getting around him mostly because he used all the lane as I do where I can see ahead. But get around I did. I got him going up to the overlook by passing through gravity cavity. I used the left lane right at the dip and got a bit air born right along side him. He was fast, smooth, and just hard to pass. He stayed with me for a few miles and then I believe he just backed off. He didn't stop at the overlook. Didn't even wave as he went by. Doesn't mean too much; sometimes you can just feel out of the groove and need to back down.
I had a similar experience with a red GW. I was never able to pass, again because of the huge monstrocity taking up so much of the road. They did stop at the overlook. It was a 65 yr old woman !!! I had passed her husband to catch her. They were headed back home to Montana I think it was.
