^ Yeah, some of the little things on a modern bike are good - no fuel tap, electronic speedo/tach, and no centre stand......!

Is europe going to get the 300 with FI? I read that some markets may not get the 300 and still keep carbs. I wouldn't expect the top end to be much better than the 250, but should gain a bunch of torque which the 250 could use.

300 with EFI in Europe

Just saw an ad on craigslist that the local dealer is supposed to have them in stock right now. I think if they make enough available it will take a big chunk of Hondas 250 cbr sales. On a side note, anyone see the 250 Yamaha in cycleworld this month? I think some lower cost smaller bore sportbikes will sell very good in the us if they can get some decent performance. Hopefully someone makes a modern 350-400 thats affordable. If they could keep it in the $6000-$6500 range they would sell like hotcakes. How many people are really dumping 10 grand on a new 600 now a days?

I still think it would be a very fun bike to ride. It probably is one of the best bangs for the buck out there in new bike land as well.
