^2nd. Or a little farther into NC or TN if you're worried about it being rural. But big markets around here and great weather. And the riding is okay, too.

house is ok.. trim work is lacking. you should paint the cabinets a nice bright color. would sell better..... doesn't look finished. maybe hit em with some steel wool first.

Very nice house Cody, well done. Tons of cheap bank houses out there just waiting for an encore. I'm finally down to my last room on my house. If it wasn't for you I be done by now, but I'd be redoing it all next year......many thanks.
