With that kit, you are also losing that much fork travel.......

And the plugs should be a breeze for any machine shop.

I've seen many bikes with fork caps that are really plugs held in with a circlip...and for the life of me, I can't remember which bikes are like that. :banghead

But, you should be able to easily find a machine shop that can make the plugs and machine the groove.

some suzukis and kawasakis are like that.ex 250s and i think some gs series suzukis.
