Actually had some moon water damage, so getting the garage extension rebuilt. :thumbup: :clap: :clap: :clap:

It does happen. It was a flat top roof that was tar papered, tar mopped and then pea graveled. The tar dried out and cracked, so water got in the insulation and sat there rotting the wood.
