I recently tried to sell a couple of H1 motors with spare barrels/heads and cranks for $500 and really struggled. I ended up selling the lot plus an 80% complete H1E for $500. I'm in the SoCal area. H1 parts don't seem to command much money here unless they are '69/70 parts and then most of the owners believe they are holding on to the Elgin Marbles. You might do better on ebay.
Good Luck!,
Kevin

i think the word is finally getting out, that just because a triple motor "has compression" and turns over, doesn't mean it's a plug and play. Most engine now are only good for a core, and need totally going through. (yes the S series has been a bit better)

Having a spare H1 engine for shelf art would be nice I'd be willing to pay 400 tops for a complete H1 engine. For comparison my complete 1974 H1 motorcycle was 750 dollars.
