Yeah, I'll have it going in a few days once I get through the engine builds for a S2A and an H2A that I'm building for a couple of guys. S2 is almost done.

I did clean a little bit on it and it looks like the mold and mildew is going to come off nicely. The seat will need almost immediate attention. The 1 inch seam split that you can see in the picture is now 4 inches split and all I did was lean the bike against my leg as I was pulling it off the truck.

I shot a little starting fluid in the air cleaner and it fired for a second or so. I'm going to go through everything to check just because of it being stored, covered in a damp shed, for 5 years. But the oil tank is full and the trans oil is full and clean, so I know it's not hydrolocked and the trans should be fine. Even the tires are good still.

Buddy....the footrest is staying. Maybe. LOL

And I looked at the title a little closer. The previous owner titled the bike in PA in 2006 right after I got the motor rebuilt for them. It's had 2200 miles put on it since I built the engine.

I know you know this Jeff, but for those with less experience, don't try to keep a 2 stroke running on starting fluid for any length of time, it washes the oil off the cylinder walls and you can guess what's next... :o

“ The bike is not for sale at this time”
So will you give it to your old buddy in Arkansas? ;)

Looking forward to you at least letting me sit on it next spring.
