I used your technique of : email to myself, created a photo folder named resized pics, medium sized, then upload.
I was actually trying to do this on the KR site, didn’t work, so tried here.

Good call.
I email all my eBay photos to myself and use Outlook to resize them for mailing.
Makes perfect sized images for uploading to the auction pages.

I use a picture and photo resizer app. The email process does work well. The app just saves a couple of steps.

I have Photoshop, and a few other programs for editing / resizing etc.
Found Outlook to be the easiest and fastest way for me.
Select all photos, right click and "send to" email.
Not many steps there.
