Hoping someone here does bushing replacement for 72 swingarm. Boxed swingarm I have now does not work with the set of Jim’s exhaust I have so going to go with stock swingarm. I have cut the old bushings out already. I just need some installed.

Hey Thom, I remember making your pipes!

When I put my bushings in I just used a piece of threaded rod, nuts, and washers. That and some persuading with a mallet got them in. The hard part for me was the honing of the bores to get to get things to fit without binding. I guess it wasn't really hard, it just took a while.

I finally got the exhausts mounted but the center one hitting the boxed swingarm now Jim. Been about 11 years they been sitting in the closet or so. Need to ride this thing once before I drop dead. Probably won't finish till we move to Tennessee once I find a job this year back there. I'll look into what you mentioned for the bushings
