I may have found a 2 part silicone that is soft enough to replicate the rubber bushes. I need a new one to make a mold off of.

Uncured nitrile rubber is easy to get and can be packed and pressed into moulds easily. Cures at 275F for 2 hours into real rubber parts that are oil resistant. I have rolls of the stuff, made rubber fuel cells for my plane from it.
