I have a good friend who was one of the Cannonball competitors (Doug Wothke #88). He is one of they guys I share swapmeet booths with at Barber VMF and Mid Oho VMD. I could not take off work for the whole two plus weeks that the rally takes but I was able to take off work for three days and rode with them from Chattanooga to Cape Girardeau. It was one of the best trips I've done on bike. I hope they do it again in 2016.
