Weather permitting, whoever can make it this Saturday Feb 15th, let's meet at 11am at the flag pole located in Downtown Livermore at the intersection of First St and S. Livermore Avenue. We'll do a more local ride for this time around - I think Mines road is on the itinerary. Show up with whatever you got running on two wheels.

I was a bit worried when I looked up the website http://thejunctionbarandgrill.com/ and saw this, "The Junction is temporarily closed for renovations and new management.". But thankfully I saw a couple of very recent Yelp reviews including this:

Updated - 2/8/2014
This is an update under the new ownership. Nice improvement with the addition of barbecue! I tried the chicken wings, pulled pork, pulled chicken and all 4 barbecue sauces. They were all great! I look forward to many fun rides out here!

A perfect place at a perfect location. Mt. Hamilton Road from San Jose, Mines Rd from Livermore, or Del Puerto Canyon Road from Patterson. Where they meet is a little slice of heaven (Mt. Hamilton Rd becomes San Antonio Valley Rd). The Junction sits at (yes you guessed it) the junction. Very friendly folks feed good hearty food, I had the barbecue pork sandwich which was great. Nice place to talk to other riders and take a break. Outdoor seating is great.

Hopefully the weather holds up and we can all stop there and have a bite!

Just some ideas for later on in the year.

We'll still meet in downtown Livermore at the flagpole everyone, then ride on from there.

I'm thinking if putting a new engine in my h2
Tommorrow for the ride or new top end in the
Hybrid for Saturday . Either way it might be fun to
Run some fresh horsepower! I'll sleep on it
