That LC must wheelie without even trying loaded up like that.

I'm sure Allen has exceeded the GVWR of the LC! He got 48+ MPG while following me though. I did obey the speed limits pretty much. A lot of ups and downs thru the Ozarks so if he didn't have a head wind thru Kansas he may even done better on the level terrain. The RZ also got 48 MPG, but it was well under its GVWR.

Allen makes Colorado Springs! Very light maintenance this time.

I believe he's meeting them just past the Montana border. I think they'll all be back down here 10 days or so and we're all riding our smokers up Pikes Peak.

How interesting that he came by yesterday.

This popped up on my Facebook memory. Eight years ago today Allen had a cracked pipe on his GT, he logged onto the Kawi2 stroke board asking if there was anyone in Colorado Springs who could weld a pipe. Someone gave him my number, he came over and we fixed it.

Ennis, Mt., 2645 miles in. I estimate he has made burnt 17 tanks of gas and about 5 qts of injector oil so far. That is about all the oil he had on board when he stopped at my place.

Nice riding and great pictures. If you need some extra explosives, let me know cause I have a few Indian friends that live in Farmington, New Mexico and they could hook you up with some really nice stuff.
Just tell them you know me 8-) ....
Safe travels and God speed.

"In Great Fall Montana now.. Almost 2900 miles into the ride.. Waiting now for a couple more vintage 2 stroke bikes to arrive, and will finish the last 3K miles camping towards Florida, the scenic back roads way.." from Allen
