That sucks - but Jim (Lakeland Services) can fix you up. Awesome stuff and clear instructions (even for electrical dummies like me).

Adapt a 12 millimeter socket to a drill spin the motor counterclockwise with the plugs out checking for spark.

Thanks Z. It looks like Google got confused about my son's domain name at the same IP address. A link that works is:

www.lakeserv.net

The cause of the confusion was corrected a week or so ago, but it looks like Google hasn't caught up yet.

See my post just above ^

There's nothing unsafe, Google is confused, and there's nothing at that incorrect link at this time.

I contacted jim at Lakeland Services and ordered a new low speed coil and cdi unit. I'll post an update once I get them installed

I like spending other peoples money…...you should get his super regulator too! (if you haven't)
Save yourself all the headaches of old electronics.

I was never so frustrated working on a bike as when I was trying to get mine to run right…such a pain, Keep up the good work!

I got the parts from Jim last Friday and finally had time to install everything tonight. The bike fires up! I had a float not closing but a quick carb clean will take care of that. My throttle cable seems to work too, changing the idle speed is a breeze. Hopefully I get some time tomorrow night to clean the carb and do some tuning
