Can someone please advise re Progressive Fork springs for H2.
I have ordered a set thru Ebay P/No 11-1106 as per the HVC website . They advise the springs need to be shortened 1.25 inches for the H2 . I assume you shorten them from the soft side of the spring ?
Would you still recommend shortening them that much as I weigh 200 lbs ?

Try them first. Set your sag at 20% and see how you like it.

Thanks , from what I have read the soft part of the spring should be at the bottom of the fork leg , I assume that make sense ...cheers 8-)

I have them on my H2.....HVCcycle set them up with gold valves as well.....I needed new fork tubes (rust spots, etc) from Franks in Illinois......so I just had them do it.......I know they used 24mm PVC preload spacers in my bike (I don't think they cut the springs, but not sure)......175cc of 15w fork oil with the gold valves......very nice setup.........then you won't have too bad of dive with the EX500 caliper (must do mod)
