Here it is, the Higgspeed dyno curve.

They are really great "touringpipes" with great power in mid range AND they produce 103,8 hp at LOW 7800 rpm.

I love my Higgspeed!!

Below is the jollymoto vs Higgspeed vs stock pipes

Jorgen,
Wow; 30 HP gain from stock to Jolly Moto.
I'm assuming all things equal for the 3 pipes shown.
How far from stock was the motor?

Everything is equal exept jolly had 1 turn on powerjet, Higgspeed 3/4 turn and stock 1/2 turn. That means, only the jollymoto was dialed in incl ignition timings.

Extremely far from stock. Gained 50% from stock cylinders, (they gave 60 rwhp with stock air box incl silencer) and then 50% more again when putting on Jollymoto. What I like the best, is that all this portwork did not mess up mid and low end power using same stock pipes.

38 carbs with powerjet, zeel, ported everything I know of, incl crankcase.

But still have stock heads, so more to gain when John Aylor is finished with my toroidal heads.

If you like, you can borrow my Lakeland Dencos to test with as well.

Jim and Sverre:

I would really like testing Jims pipes. We'll be in touch Sverre!

And yes, the mid range with Jolly isn't that bad, but it really sucks compared to stock and Higgspeed. But then again, the power produced from the Jollymoto when ON pipe is truly amazing beeing a street pipe. They hit VERY hard.
