I believe a while ago you had wanted to be able to port to get to near 100hp…And had said you were studying to be able to achieve that goal….
WOW just fantastic, achieved and surpassed

Now when are you going to be accepting orders for porting... ;)

Gary your bike is super nice, very well done.

Jorge if you keep going the way you are i will have to do some more to my engine.
If you want more bolt on power, throw all your heads away and get a set of Ralphs. All the fast triples have them. :)

Thank's a lot!

Been a long way, and without help from people knowing a lot more than me about 2-stroke tuning, it would have been difficult to achieve this.

Below is a dynocurve showing my cylinders with stock exhaust vs a completely stock H2 (incl. air cleaner silencer)
Both on my dyno.

And with torque:

Henry:
I have a set of toroidal heads up coming, kind of experimential ones regarding volume and squish area. Made by John Aylor.

Jorgen, I love the way the engine with the stock exhaust gives you 90 hp at about 7,300 rpm!

edit: Looking back though, it seems with chambers it made more than 90 at 7,300, and it kept going up for a while. :)

Yup, lost more than 30 hp.

But the main reason for this dyno test was showing if my ported cylinders loose power in low and mid range. She does loose some, but not as much as I feared.

I still use stock heads 140 psi, and adding proper squished band heads MAY improve power down low.

Time will show. I regret I did not try the 23 static ignition set-up to prior to taking the stock pipes off. And without cooling air the power seems to go down about 5 hp.
But hey, still upper 80-ties hp :-)

You lost hp, but imagine a completely stock looking H2 with stock exhaust and nearly 90 rwhp. A guy could win a few street races that way.

By the way, I just put on my HIGGSPEED now.

At 4000 I got 32, 72 at 6000. Then I let go due to the neighbours...........
I love my Higgsy pipes, they are so streetable. Next up will be MEEK Denco replicas, then Figaroli 3:3 and 3:1
..to be continued
