$26.50, increasing with higher use, in Adelaide. (plus all the "supply charges" they can think of!). Mains gas costs $120 for 2750 megajoules, (whatever) inc. supply rip-off. Solar and battery storage can't be far away, then F-- them!! :banghead

We pay right around $0.10/kWh (10 cents per killowatt hour) I have a feeling some decimal points are in the wrong places in some previous posts.

I think the last time I bought 100 lbs of propane, which is about the same amount at 45 kg, it was around $85.

Wow Sverre, if our electricity were under four cents per kWh, everyone here would be all electric too!

I have no idea and I don't care. We get the bill and pay it. What are you going to do - stop using it? I don't think so.

Boone electric cooperative in Missouri.
First 600 kwh 9.1 cents kwh
next 1400 kwh 8.2 cent kwh
excess kwh 7.6 cents kwh
I am paying about $100 a month during the summer.
I am using propane for my furnace, stove and water heater, last time I checked it was $1.89 a gallon. I use about a thousand gallons a year.
