Did you make these castings?
If so, how?
I know nothing about casting aluminum parts.

I built the masters, molded them, so they the mold can be injected with molten wax under pressure. They are sent to my caster which uses the lost wax method of casting (google it), then I get the raw aluminum casting back and machine them.

I know this process by the name investment casting.
Do you use clay to make the initial part?
Pretty cool thing to make at home.

A shorter carb would help JA, A 38 TMX/S or a 40mm Amal Mk2.
