yup, thats pla for sure, 35% density-ish?. I hit a brick wall when trying to get mine done for the S2 in polycarbonite. one day...

Great work so far, I will be following this one. :thumbup: Hopefully when you get these done I can talk you out of some drawings so I can make a set for my H1 ;) . What are the reeds from that you are using?

It's been one and a half years now since I made any progress on this project except for having some pieces water-cut a year ago.
This weekend at least I managed to finish the machining of the reed housings. Below is some pictures of the result.

I have decided to invest in an AC/DC TIG welder, so soon I will be able to do the cylinder mods for this project at home in my small machine shop.

REALLY nice work. That should perform very, very well.

As an optional setup, I'd like to see a case reed version, single stage reeds, and, 6 transfer port cylinders.

No, same as the 3D-printed prototype.
