I was going to photoshop that fuel tap in the picture :lol:as I knew that it wouldn't escape from RB's eyes.. (it is temporarily there till I get a decent one). Where can I get it?

The logo I made myself in cad, measurements taken from the OEM kh500 tank, reduced, modified and sent to a decal shop to cut them. The stripes were painted, not decals.

Jim, the hydraulic actuator is on plan, but will take a long time to design and make. Now I want to ride the bike and need a quicker solution.

It shouldn't take you long. I did mine when I was 20, from a pencil sketch, using only a lathe and a drill press. :D

I can't come up with a complement that matches the awesomeness of that bike.....

So far above and beyond.

Bravo

Here is a picture of the bike today. Little changes in the intake system, rear shocks adjustments and silencers

Removing the KN pods and returning to the rubber manifold and air box made it much, but really much easier to start and offers better idle/low speed operation.

I try to make it more silent with larger and more refined silencers, but this is a hard task...... This bike is still very noisy..
