Hi all, Just thought i would share what i made today to mount some H2 carbs to my H1 .

a lot of work but it eliminates the crappy kawi carb mounts.
and they have a place to balance the carbs witha mercury gage
but for the price you cant beat ralf grille cnc mounts

They look nice. What process did you use to cut the taper on the carb bore?

thanks, to achieve the oval shaped hole ,i bored through from the carb side with an 1 1/8" end mill, then it flipped over to the motor side and bored at an angle of about 15 degrees (approximately just eyeballed) with the same end mill for each side to produce the oval effect.
i used the heat insulator as a profile gauge to match it up
it actually lines up quite close to the cylinder aperture.
