Hi, just wondering if anyone has any experience with the jemco pipes out of texas? I want pipes from jim but hes not taking orders as of last check. I need 2 sets of pipes for 73,74 h1s, I actually like stock pipes but are just really hard to find in good shape. Anyone got a nice set? Thanks Doug |

There are also Spec II. Both pipes are decent period designs. |

Thx, I just talked to Gary at spec II, ive gotten pipes from him for an rd350 in the past and had no complaints. His prices are resonable so thats definatly an option im considering. I have a set of moto carreras also but I dont think they do kaw triples, ill have to look into that also. Thx moo |

Two stroke brit, hows the performance with your jemcos? My h1 just had a fresh rebuild but is stock and will be used for street only, Are your pipes street friendly? Thx for your input... |

I have been singing the praises of Jemcos for years. I have had a set on an H2, Suzuki GT750, and a Suzuki TS400. They perform very much like Dencos. The current fat pipes can be better, but it depends on your state of tune. The Jemcos work well on the street. Well worth the price and they are easy to deal with. When you call, you will probably talk to John Easton, the owner. Lane |

Thx for your input... the performance is a small boost ,i got the gt750 dyno tuned after install and it showed 54 at the rear wheel with a fresh first over pistons and rebuild. i think the stock bhp was in the 40s (measured at the wheel) and if you want to do a mild tune, the pipes will surport it as well i think the real gain is the weight saving compared to the stock exhaust i think they are 30 lbs lighter. and perfect for street use , nice sound . good luck mark |

My GT750 was dynoed at 80 RWHP with the Jemcos, but I have quite a few other mods. With stock carbs, etc, we got 64 RWHP, but I went further with a lift plate, decked cylinders and such. Everyone who has ridden my GT says it runs like an H2 with manners. JEMCOs are good pipes. Period. (apologies to (for) Obama..... And yes, things are going pretty well for me with my new wife (three years) and all, except for some joint problems which will be fixed soon. Lane |
