Do you know with what pipes he advertised the 120 set?

Think I have said this earlier: The pipe is THE MOST important component in a stroker regarding power. On my H2, I think the numbers went from 105 using the less aggressive pipes, to 125 or something, for the best pipes. S Same bike same day same dyno.

And you have already seen what power I got using stock exhaust, previously, in this thread.

Joe, you should be in the mid 90's at the rear wheel.

The Spec II pipes came with the package he bought from PHR.
He sold my cousin the cylinders, the heads, the pipes, the crank, the 15 plate clutch, the pistons, shift drum and forks, and the cases, and various other parts and pieces.
Ron recommended the 34mm VM but my cousin never bought them.
Advertised it as Stage II plus with 120+hp.

I never talked to Ron personally, My cousin Jerry talked to him a bunch and really liked him. After Jerry crashed and couldn't function normally anymore he used to call Lorie, Rons wife, and talk to her about getting the H2 together.
It was funny because I called her to ask a few questions when I first inherited the project and she remembered my cousin and said he called often just to talk, and she would talk to him. I don't know if she knew how bad he was, but those conversations with her would keep him looking forward to the H2 even though there was no way he could have worked on it in his condition, not to mention he could no longer work and had no money.
Leads me to believe Ron and Lorie where some good people.

Mid 90's would be just fine with me :thumb: I was thinking more like low 80's , its so hard for me to believe how much HP was left on the table with these motors.

And I just added this one to the dyno page. Interesting to see how explosive the TZ 750 was.

I wasn't sure if you offered a 500 pipe different from this 750 pipe found on the resource site.
