without a sliproll..ill just chop em up and toss the internal baffles..and cut out 3 in out of the center,
hell. if I had a sliproll.. id be contacting a couple guys about a set of pipes unrolled..

You can do one set of pipes without a roll. Just bend by hand around dowels in a vise.

Pretty sure Jim uses 20ga, Andrew uses 22ga for the wtf pipes.

Confirmed. It's mild steel, and formable by hand if you don't have to do too many at one time. I use 20 ga. simply because I'm reproducing 20 ga. chambers. You can do 304 stainless by hand if it's 22 or 24 ga.

Any updates?

I am going to do something very similar with the rear suspension on my bike. Right now I have the shock mounted on top of the swinger up to the back bone of the frame. I dont know how well this will work and dont want to find out the hard way that its not a good setup.

no updates as of lately, got it into a roller and other stuff got in the way. now relocating from Pittsburgh to York pa area , so moving etc has priority, hell even took the bikes to our new ( her fathers ) house a few weeks ago, this will be a lean summer on riding for me, if I get to at all.
